Welcome to the 1st annual Neighbor's of Clearwater Creek Neighborhood FALL Garage Sale. Click Here to down load the registration form. Registration forms must be turned in by Sept. 14th. This is our first fall sale. Due to the large volume of sales in the spring, we have added the fall sale to help those who may have more winter merchandise to sell.

If you miss the dead line to sign up, you still need to pay. The cost of the sale is only $10.00. We understand that things get busy, it is never too late to get in on the sale. You just might not get in on all the maps. If you are making use of the traffic generated by the ads and flyers you need to pay! Please do your part so we can continue having our annual neighborhood events.

Ads: The ads will be placed in Press Publications (White Bear Press & Quad). Our neighborhood web site address will be included on the ad for shoppers to print the map and the list of sales after 9:00pm on Wednesday, Sept. 22th. Many shoppers check on the site and down load the map and list of sales.

Presale: Many neighbors that work and don’t want to take a day off to shop the sale have requested a presale. The presale has not been advertised so that it is open to friends, family and neighbors only. You do not have to participate in the presale unless you want to, this is your sale. The presale will be from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm (again this is your sale, you are welcome to set your own time). Please do not place signs outside of the neighborhood, instead please keep your signs within the neighborhood and help spread the word. We want to make the presale available just to friends, family and neighbors. Thank you for your understanding.

Time: This is your sale! You are welcome to open and close your sale when you please. Most sales are open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Signs: Signs and flags will be placed around the entrance to the neighborhood. You are more than welcome and encouraged to make additional signs to bring shoppers to you. The ad and web site helps to bring shoppers to the neighborhood. It is your job to bring shoppers to your door. Not all shoppers use the list of sales and maps.

Sale Numbers and Maps: On Monday and Tuesday the sale numbers will be passed out. Please hang your number outside your garage to let shoppers what sale number you are.

You will also receive copies of the map. 500 copies of the maps will be made, once they are gone, they are gone. The map and list of sales can be downloaded from the web site after 9:00 pm on Wednesday night. We will have brochure boxes for shoppers to pick up the maps. The brochure boxes will be placed around the main entrances to the neighborhood.

Police: Each year the traffic of the garage sale continues to grow with the reputation of our neighborhood garage sale. People make plans a year in advance to attend this sale. On Thursday morning we will have 3-4 officers in the neighborhood to help with crowd & traffic control. Sometimes shoppers get so excited they forget how & where to park, making it unsafe for other cars and shoppers. They will also be here to help make sure the school buses can get around corners and pick up children safely.

Next Year: The date is set to fall on the first weekend in June. This date was approved by the Lino Lakes police department. In order to help keep the neighborhood save, we do not want to interfere with the summer playground program.

The Neighbors of Clearwater Creek do not make any warantines of weather, volume of traffic or sales to your garage sale. This is your garage sale. You are welcome to put up additional signs and run additional ads.
