2010 - 1st ANNUAL NEIGHBORHOOD  FALL GARAGE SALE

Welcome to the 1st Annual Neighbors of Clearwater Creek Neighborhood Fall Garage Sale.  The Neighborhood Garage Sales will be: Thursday Sept. 23rd, 8am-5pm, and Friday Sept. 24th 8am-5pm., and Saturday Sept. 25th, 9am-1pm.  

The Clearwater Creek Neighborhood is located in Lino Lakes just east of 35E off Otter Lake Road.  If you are coming from the North: take 35E (south) to 14 and take a left (east), take your first right on Otter Lake Road and watch for signs. If you are coming from the South: take 35E (north) to Cty Rd J, take a right to Otter Lake Road, go left (north) on Otter Lake Road and watch for signs.

We hope you enjoy shopping.  Most sales start at 8:00 and close at 5:00.  Some of the sales are one day only!  Please check the list of sales.  Maps will be available at the park located at 2270 Tart Lake Road.  

For Neighbors Only!  Click on Registation form (top of this page) to down load the registration form.  Registration forms are due by Sept. 14th!  If you are making use of the traffic generated by the ads and flyers, you need to pay. If you missed the dead line to sign up, you still need to pay.  The cost of the sale is only $10.00.  It is never to late to get in on the sale.
