 8th Annual Neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt.
The Egg Hunt will be held on Saturday, April 16th, 2011 at 11:oo am
The 2011 Easter Egg Hunt has been rescheduled to Saturday, April 23rd at 11:00 am.
Where: At the Clearwater Creek park located on Tart Lake Rd.
What to bring:
1. Basket for collecting eggs.
2. Non-parishable food item for the food shelf.
3. Donation for the Neighborhood fund. Suggested donation is $5.00-$10.00 per family.
Volunteers are needed to help with egg stuffing and handing out flyers. On the day of the event we need help with setting up and prize distributing. Please contact Shelly at 651-253-4222 for more information or if you would like to help with this event. Additional sponsors and support is welcomed.
Members from the Lino Lakes CERT team will be on hand to answering any questions about becoming a CERT team member.
The Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Program educates people about disaster preparedness for hazards that may impact their area and trains them in basic disaster response skills, such as fire safety, light search and rescue, team organization, and disaster medical operations.
If a disaster happens that overwhelms local response capability, CERT members can apply the training learned in the classroom and during exercises to give critical support to their family, loved one, neighbors or associates in their immediate area until help arrives.
